Quality Beef

The Firtree British White Cattle Herd is a member of the Governments prestigious Beef Assurance Scheme. This scheme imposes strict recording and traceability conditions and only about 60 herds in the UK are members of the scheme. We are the area's foremost supplier of traditionally reared British White Beef. All our beef is Ministry inspected and then prepared and frozen by a local leading butcher. Traceability and quality is therefore assured.
